Activities since high school: Bob and I will celebrate our 50th Anniversary next April.  We still do family dinner almost every week, feeding between 25-30 people!  We moved to Northern Michigan in 1980, and have loved every minute of Up North small town living!  I am mostly retired now except for my online PartyLite website for candle sales.  Looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.

Activities since high school: After graduating from MSU I moved to Boca Raton, FL vowing not to starve and freeze.  I met my wife of 34 years there when she was visiting from Mass.  I worked on the beach for 6 years and went on to manage the beaches in Palm Beach County then Martin County.  Both of my children were born in Stuart.  I was the Parks and Recreation Director and the Executive Director of the Humane Society in Marion County. I ran the park operations and capital improvements group in Escambia County and helped put the park system back together after hurricanes Ivan, Dennis and Katrina.  I worked for the State Department of Environmental Protection including response to the recent Gulf oil spill.  I now manage the Planning and Design Section of the FL Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission planning, designing and constructing public access and recreation facilities on the 5.9 million acres of wildlife management areas in the state.

Activities since high school: I retired 2.5 years back after working at a huge variety of companies (and self-employment).  My final employer was ERIKS North America where I was Director of Quality.  God has been so good to Cathy and I through the years and we are truly enjoying retirement - she has been retired from Baylor Hospital/ Grapevine TX for about 10 years.

Our only grandchild is in her 3rd year and good therapy for Cathy & I.  She is a real joy. Both of our dayghters live nearby (<10 miles), so we have lots of family time.

We continue to work with the City of Forth Worth Police in the largest Citizens on Patrol program in the country (almost 950 active volunteers).  Retirement brings more time for serving at our church, First Baptist of Keller (TX).  The congregation is celbrating their founding 138 years ago in 2021.

Give me a call if you are ever in Dallas - Fort Worth Texas.

The new "NOW" photo is after we attended the inuguration of the Governor/ Lietenant Governor of Texas a couple months back - a true memory.

Activities since high school: Ready set go, 45 years in 45 seconds.

Following graduation, off to the best graduation party EVER at Don Steep's house. I took a Motorcycle trip to Miami [ my butt was too sore to come home]. I worked 3 years in a french restaurant while attending nursing school. While in school, I met, was smitten by, then married my best friends older sister, all in a few short months. I had to seal the deal quick before she woke up and realized what she had done. We relocated to a small town in North Florida [where Jeff Foxworthy"s redneck character profiles are inspired], with an Orthopedic surgeon I met in school. I Worked with him for 17 years, followed by 10 years in the ER, then 2 years of travel contracts out west. Dawn, a labor and delivery nurse and I [mostly Dawn] home schooled our youngest while on the road. We settled back home so he could attend high school there. My wife continued to help women deliver babies, while I spent 3 years in an inpatient forensic psychiatric hospital [working of course]. I transitioned to federal prision for the last 7 years [working of course]. We are truely living a blessed and wonderful life.

The reunion party was off the chain. Hats off to all that were involved to make last night a night to remember. I would also like to thank all of my classmates for enriching my life, and allowing me to be a part of yours.

Activities since high school: 40 Years!  OMG!  How'd that happen?  Sorry can't give all the details of what I've done since graduating high school, but can give a few highlights.  Married 39 years to my perfect match, Bill Voigt. We have two children and four grandchildren.  I started out in banking and finance and stayed with that while Bill served his time in the Air Force.  We loved our final duty station: Florida's Spacecoast Area.  He started a new career working on the International Space Station at Kennedy Space Center and I went back to school to become an elementary school teacher.  We both have loved every moment of our new careers.  This summer, however, we will both be retiring and plan to continue traveling.  My family still lives in Grosse Pointe Woods and we visit them several times a year.
Occupation: Teacher
Spouse / significant other name: Bill

Activities since high school:

40 years later without feeling I've matured at all!

My early fascination with tinker toys and lincoln logs did ultimately lead me into a rewarding career in architecture.    Circumstances moved us from Detroit to Ann Arbor to Kalamazoo/Portage where we've been for thirty plus years. Two beautiful daughters who are fortunate to have their mother's creativity and smarts, and a touch of their father's humor.

Gump-like experiences I've enjoyed along the journey include meeting Muhammad Ali, a golf hole-in-one, dining with architects Robert Stern And Stanley Tigerman, standing atop the roof of the World Trade Center, tossing the first pitch for a Tigers' game for my 40th birthday, being eye to eye with lions on safari in South Africa, sharing conversation with Pat Sajak (no Vanna), dancing and praying with Lakota elders, running the tunnel at the Big House, catching the sunrise in Bar Harbor, the sunset in Yellowstone and the northern lights in Fairbanks.  I have truly been blessed.

It will be a blessing to be with you again to hear your stories and share the moments together. Peace.
