Danny was one of my best friends before I moved from Grosse Pointe. Played all the sports together. Danny would of been a great player. I miss those days, and I miss you.

Danny was one of my best friends in High School.  Lots of happy memories.  Before the Clems added the addition to their house on Hawthorne, they had a pitching mound and plate set up in the back yard.  I remember Johnny hanging around with us at that time..he was probably 9 or 10 then.  It was an honor to be one of the pall bearers for Dan.  I still think about the good times, forty years later.

Danny,  our parents were friends and from the time we were little we played together.  But swimming at Parcel's during the winter months was the best.  You were my first boyfriend.  On the list of the boys I liked in grade school you were #1.   You were doing what you loved when you left us, but you will always be loved and remembered.Debbie Allcut
